Place Pouch at Room Temperature for 1 Hour

Do not discard the pouch. It will be used to store and ship the samples

Pouch contains a set of 3 Smart Tubes

Once Pouch is opened, tubes must be used within 8 hours or discarded

Each pouch contains a set of 3 tubes pre-labeled with "001" "020" and "300"

The number indicates the type of LyoSphere contained in the tube
-
Use all 3 tubes in a Pouch for each patient sample
