Tap Smart Tube on hard surface to ensure LyoSphere is not clinging to inside of Cap

Remove Cap from Smart Tube

The small white sphere inside the Smart Tube is the LyoSphere
|
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| |
 |
|
-
Remove "Plug" by using a pipette to pull up on the plastic loop
-
Discard "Plug"
-
Do not remove LyoSphere
|

|
|
|
| |
 |
|

LyoSphere needs to pass through the hole revealed by removing Plug
-
To move LyoSphere through the hole into the lower chamber of the Smart Tube perform the following:

Screw Cap back onto the Smart Tube

Hold the Smart Tube almost parallel with the table but with the cap slightly higher than the bottom of the Smart Tube

Slowly rotate the Smart Tube. The LyoSphere will roll around the inside surface of the Smart Tube and drop through the hole
