Place tubes back in Foil Pouch

Seal the pouch by pressing the zip-lock seal closed
-
Fold over the top of the foil pouch and secure with rubber band
-
Work quickly to get the tubes on ice
|

|
|
|
| |
 |
|

Bury the pouch in ice
-
Transfer the pouch to -80°C freezer in less than 15 MINUTES
|
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| |
 |
|
-
Transfer to -80°C FREEZER
-
IMPORTANT: DO NOT PLACE TUBES AT -20°C !!!
-
Ship samples buried in dry ice inside a styrofoam box or in liquid nitrogen dry shipper; choose fastest possible shipping option to minimize transit time
